printed products
Items such as T-shirts, baseball caps, button pins, mugs, desk mats, magnets, and tote bags are not eligible for returns when it’s a simple case of buyer remorse. These products are printed only upon order and may include your size and/or color specifications; therefore these items are considered custom. We have included sizing charts on all of our apparel, so please make sure to check it thoroughly before purchasing. Slight color variations are to be expected since computer and phone monitors vary.
However, if one of the above-mentioned products arrives damaged, broken, or if you have received the incorrect item, then please make sure to contact us within 14 days. In this case, our printers will most certainly ship you a replacement or refund your money. Email us at hellobirdlady@outlook.com and please include clear photos of your damaged or incorrect item. Do NOT return your item to the address on your shipping label.
photo books & calendars

digital downloads
Digital downloads such as 8×10 photos, prints, and knitting patterns are not eligible for refunds or replacements. All sales are final.
gift shop items
If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hellobirdlady@outlook.com and we will decide, at our discretion, to either refund or replace the item.
Otherwise, items such as bone art, earrings, ornaments, paintings, shadowboxes, throw pillows, or upcycled clothing, have a 14-day return policy. Please remember that these products are all handmade and slight imperfections are to be expected and appreciated. Please make sure to contact us prior to shipping back any of the above listed items at hellobirdlady@outlook.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed less shipping amounts, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
